Gillian Ardrey

Gillian grew up in the East End of Glasgow. She did her vet nurse training at Glasgow Vet School interspersed with some time working in dog grooming. She qualified in 1992 and joined Martin Veterinary Centre in 1996 as the only nurse in a small practice. She now leads a team of 4 registered vet nurses as Head Nurse. She particularly enjoys working with the vets in the operating theatre. The rest of Gillian’s time is spent in practice management including health and safety and she was instrumental in assisting the design of our award winning new practice. Gillian now lives in Cambuslang with her partner John and their three daughters who are still trying to convince Gillian to get another Poodle.
